- Involve in leading a team for end user support, supporting office/vessel /agent and subsidiary focusing on system implementation and operation encompassing security
- To lead and guide helpdesk members in end-user or Vessel IT support
- Able to set up according to IMO requirements
- To work with vendors and other teams to implement system change according to requirements and checklist
- Has experience supporting Vessel IT's systems and networks
- Has experience leading a small team of members
- Strong knowledge in PC troubleshooting and windows installation as well as fine-tuning
