Food Court Manager

We are looking for a capable candidate to oversee one of the Singapore ’s largest outdoor F&
B container park's operations. The candidate is expected to execute excellent F&
B establishment dining experience to tenants and customers while managing the given resources efficiently. He/she is to execute our company’s policy and will be an important piece during this set up period.

Expected Job Responsibilities:

• Management of one mega F&
  B establishment
  
• Provide excellent dining satisfaction to all the diners and tenants
  
• Managing and liaising with stall tenants on policy issues
  
• Doing daily cash collection from tenants
  
• Enforcement of company policies
  
• Lead and motivate a team of floor staff
  
• Conduct daily Inspection and monitor improvement work
  
• Conduct proper maintenance on establishment’s M&
  E provision
  

What it takes:

• Able to converse in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
  
• A strong and firm leader
  
• A hands on person, hard working and a team player
  
• At least 3 years food court experience
  
• 6 days work week
