Your Role:

• Greet and assist customers in-person and via phone with reservations.
  
• Conduct captivating game briefings with a focus on player safety.
  
• Manage transactions and cashier duties efficiently.
  
• Address inquiries about games.
  
• Share detailed knowledge of our exciting game offerings.
  
• Prepare and reset game rooms for players.
  
• Uphold a tidy and well-organized environment.
  
• Oversee shop opening and closing routines.

Workplace Details:

• Location:
  GR.ID, Dhoby Ghaut.
  
• Hours:
  10 am to 10 pm, 12-hour shifts, 4 working days followed by 2 days off. Rotational duty on weekends and public holidays. Transport allowance provided for late games ending after 11:
  30 pm.
