We currently have an opportunity for a Full time Service Crew to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a leading Halal F&

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To provide an efficient and friendly service to customers in all areas of the operations
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer requests &
  complaints
• Coordinate / Manage daily restaurant operations
• Coordinate and work closely with the Chefs
• Take bar-stock and count
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven work experience as a service crew or a similar role
• Proven customer service experience
• Good food and beverage (F&
  B) knowledge
• Ability to adhere to all health &
  safety practices
• High levels of personal hygiene and appearance
