Full Stack Developer

We are a new AI assurance company that provides services to validate AI systems for accuracy, robustness, explainability, fairness, privacy and security.

Role overview:

As Resaro’s first Fullstack Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of front and back-end software applications. Your responsibilities will extend from designing system architecture to programming, performance testing, and systems integration. You will be working alongside a team of data scientists and engineers to translate Resaro’s services into product offerings.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop new features based on product roadmap requirements to support emerging business and project requirements
  
• Prototype proof of concept projects, from conceptualization to deployment
  
• Collaborate closely with the technical teams of our customers and partners, to ensure successful end-to-end product development and support.
  
• Design, implement and maintain web services, applications, and APIs based on prescribed requirements
  
• Ensure application performance and reliability
  
• Maintain high standards for code quality and application design
  
• Write technical documentation
  

The ideal candidate:

• 3-5 years of experience in a software development role, preferably across both back-end and front-end areas
  
• Proficient in developing, maintaining, testing and deploying Python-based software including FastAPI and Gradio
  
• Familiarity with HTML, Javascript and CSS for front-end development including React.Js and Next.Js
  
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL
  
• Comfortable working in public and contributing to open-source projects
  
• Familiarity with deployments on cloud infrastructure, CI / CD, and containerization is a plus
  
• Familiarity with machine learning systems and frameworks (e.G. ONNX and PyTorch) is a plus

• Passionate about AI and technology, with a keen interest in AI ethics and safety.
