Key Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, DO, Invoice, PO issuing and document management.
  
• Assist with answering phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  
• Support administrative tasks, including preparation of reports, memos, and other documents.
  
• Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure timely procurement.
  
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  
• Maintain office records and filing systems.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  
• Clean office, staircase, toilet (male &
  female) and other common spaces.
  
• Ensure waste bins are emptied and waste is disposed of properly.
  
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs.
  
• Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
