As the Assistant to the General Manager, you will support the General Manager in handling daily operations, primarily focusing on financing activities and the establishment of new projects. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.



Key Responsibilities:


A. Financing Activities:


Assist the General Manager in developing financing plans and identifying potential investors and partners;


Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders;


Prepare financing reports, business plans, and other related documents to ensure smooth financing processes.




B. New Project Establishment:


Assist the General Manager in planning and implementing new projects;


Coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standards;


Monitor project progress and resolve issues encountered during the project lifecycle.




C. Daily Operations:


Schedule and coordinate the General Manager’s agenda, prepare meeting materials;


Assist the General Manager in handling urgent matters and other daily tasks.






Requirements:


Master of Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred;


At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in financing or project management;


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication at all levels;


Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of independently completing tasks;


Proficient in office software with good writing and report preparation skills;


Strong senseof responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to handle high work pressure.
