Responsibilities:

Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Conduct basic copywriting and create visually compelling content for digital and print marketing materials, including POSMs, social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and advertisements.
Design and produce marketing collateral, such as product packaging, flyers, and promotional materials.
Manage and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and analyze marketing data to identify trends and insights.
Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and design

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Design, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing with strong design skills.
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft (Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Hardworking and responsible.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
