Group Operation And Ticketing Executive (Central/ Up To $3. 5k)

My client, a well-established travel agency firm, is seeking a Ticketing Executive to join their team. You will play a key role in handling ticketing and operation work.

Responsibilities:

• Handle tour &
  hotel arrangements for Group package tours.
  
• Liaise with Airlines for the group seats arrangements.
  
• Manage the ticket issuance, coordinated ticket delivery and refund as required.
  
• Arrange Pre-tour briefing for the group tour.
  
• Prepare EO (ie. Exchange Order) for tour guide’s expenses and salary pay out.
  
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Tourism or Hospitality relevant qualifications.
  
• Minimally 2 year of ticketing experience in tourism firm.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  
• Proficiency in Amadeus (GDS)/ Abacus/ Galileo/ Sabre system.
