Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer located in Singapore. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, handling receptionist duties, and effectively communicating with guests and colleagues.
Requirements
- Guest Relations, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Experience in handling receptionist duties
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts
- Must be well versed in Sevenrooms
- Only Singaporean, PR and WP holders need to apply
