Position Overview:


We're hiring a skilled Hardware Engineer for our IC Design Team. The ideal candidate should have a solid educational foundation in electronic information or related fields, along with extensive experience in hardware development. Proficiency in electronic technology theory, schematic design, PCB collaboration (utilizing tools such as Cadence/Allegro), and familiarity with thermal design concepts are essential for this role.




Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop hardware components for IC products, focusing on schematic design and PCB layout.
  • Utilize tools such as Cadence/Allegro, PADS/Logic for schematic design and collaborate effectively on PCB layout.
  • Apply knowledge of SI (Signal Integrity) and PI (Power Integrity) principles in design.
  • Select and apply various power supply devices effectively.
  • Design circuits incorporating common interface protocols.
  • Apply thermal design principles to optimize performance and reliability, ensuring efficient heat dissipation where applicable.
  • Independently debug system circuits to ensure functionality and performance meet design specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including IC design, software, and testing teams.
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation of design specifications, test procedures, and results.


How will you stand out:


  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Information or related majors.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in hardware development, with a solid understanding of electronic technology theory and experience in thermal design preferred.
  • Proficiency in Cadence/Allegro, PADS/Logic, or similar tools for schematic design and PCB collaboration.
  • Knowledgeable in SI (Signal Integrity) and PI (Power Integrity), with expertise in selecting and applying power supply devices.
  • Familiarity with common interface protocols and circuit design principles.
  • Ability to independently debug system circuits.
  • Experience in IC design or semiconductor industry.
  • Familiarity with EDA (Electronic Design Automation) tools and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
