- Experience as Head of Kitchen to manage, recruit, train a team of staffs
- Physically fit to cook 50 - 100 pax per wok. Able to carry heavy. No physical injury
- Min. 5 Years Experience in Catering or Zi Char or Seafood Restaurant
- Stay nearby Central Kitchen
- Bi-lingual in English and Chinese
