Requirements:

  1. Experience as Head of Kitchen to manage, recruit, train a team of staffs
  2. Physically fit to cook 50 - 100 pax per wok. Able to carry heavy. No physical injury
  3. Min. 5 Years Experience in Catering or Zi Char or Seafood Restaurant
  4. Stay nearby Central Kitchen
  5. Bi-lingual in English and Chinese
