Out client, a fintech company is searching for a visionary and technically proficient Head of Technology to lead our blockchain development efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing the secure development and deployment of smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain and other EVM-compatible chains. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technological roadmap and ensuring the products operate at the highest security standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with Solidity, security best practices, and familiarity with Linux development.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure smart contracts for the Ethereum blockchain and EVM-compatible chains.
  
• Perform contract transformation and migration for non-EVM blockchains.
  
• Continuously maintain, evolve, and upgrade deployed smart contracts.
  
• Conduct on-chain contract security monitoring and vulnerability assessments.
  
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in blockchain technology and smart contract security best practices.
  

Qualifications:

• Solidity Expert:
  Proficient in Solidity language with a deep understanding of its underlying mechanisms and strong object-oriented design capabilities.
  
• Security Champion:
  Possesses a keen eye for identifying and mitigating common smart contract vulnerabilities, ensuring the highest security standards in code development.
  
• EVM Proficiency:
  Familiar with the EVM environment, ERC20, ERC721, and other relevant contract architectures.
  
• Multi-Chain Adept:
  Experience deploying contracts on multiple chains, with an understanding of non-EVM technology stacks.
  
• Technical Powerhouse:
  Proficient in writing/compiling/testing/deployment of smart contracts and comfortable with at least one scripting language (Python, Javascript, Typescript).
  
• Linux Savvy:
  Familiar with Linux system operations and comfortable developing within the Linux environment.
  
• Version Control Master:
  Proficient in using Git for code management.
  
• Testing &
  Deployment Expertise:
  Experience with smart contract testing, debugging, and deployment tools (e.G., Truffle, Embark).
  
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred:
  A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university is a plus.
