job description


  • Process customer orders and inquiries daily via email, fax, or phone call.
  • Conduct thorough follow-up with business units regarding fixed or ad-hoc billing, including monthly report generation and invoice posting.
  • Coordinate and communicate sales order status to customers and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth deliveries and timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage export shipments for intercompany and direct overseas customers.
  • Prepare shipping documents for both Singapore and export shipments.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager


Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Candidates with customer service experiences are preferred
