Job Description (Room Attendant)


  • Maintain clean and neat pantry, trolleys and work area.
  • Able to prioritize daily job tasks
  • Ensure that guest rooms and check-out rooms are cleaned as per Housekeeping standard and room supplies completely replenished
  • Maintain clean maids pantry, service area after every shift daily
  • Ensure trash are cleared and disposed at the designated area after every shift
  • Report any maintenance defects to the Housekeeping Office
  • Maintain personal grooming at the highest standard


Job Description (Public Area Attendant)


  • Ensure cleanliness at hotel hallways, hotel lobby, lobby restrooms and within hotel premises.
  • Check and report Hotel premises wherever are damaged or in need of maintenance.
  • Maintain Hotel furniture &
    fixtures dust free standard at all times.
  • Keep the Hotel area including hallways free from trash at all times and prevent insect breeding.
  • Ensure cleanliness in Pantry Area / Housekeeping Stores.
  • To follow up on cleaning schedule assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Remove trash collected by room attendant and discard at the designated area.
  • Comply with the Lost &
    Found policy of the Hotel.
  • Assist Housekeeping Manager on any ad-hoc task given.


Job Requirements


  • 5-6 Days Work
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Housekeeping
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Able to understand and converse in basic English
