Household / Family Butler

• Manage day to day operations of the household, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  
• Involve in the children’s learning plans and school work, includes coaching to complete the daily tasks
  
• Handle household matters including home bills/maintainence
  
• Be the main point of contact for the children’s school and classes
  
• Pick up the children to/ from school or learning centres
  
• Plan and execute family activities, including helper/driver management, children’s activities and overseas travel arrangements if required
  
• Handle any adhoc duties professionally and efficiently
  

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in similiar role
  
• Minimum Diploma and above
  
• Nurturing disposition with patience and passion in working with children
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Organised and meticulous
  
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  
• Strong time management and organization skills
  
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates during daily communication
