Housekeeper Supervisor (Household Services/Cleaning)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
  
• Monitor and inspect cleanliness standards and address any issues or concerns.
  
• Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
  
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
  
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized cleaning services.
  
• Address customer complaints or inquiries related to cleaning services.
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  
• Prepare reports on cleaning activities and performance.
  

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3 or Class 3A license
  
• Prior experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and techniques.
