  • Position:
    HR Admin Assistant -TRAINING PROVIDED

  • Location:
    Toh Guan (Few bus stops from Clementi MRT)

  • Working hours:
    5 days, Monday – Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

  • Salary (commensurate on experience):
    Up to $3000+ Bonus

Main Responsibilities:


  • Assist in general human resources, other ad-hoc admin duties, adhoc projects
  • Responsible for Online Application for WP/SP/EP holders issues (application, renewal, cancellation, security bonds)
  • Handling Workmen Compensation Insurance claim for workers and other insurance matters
  • Computation of monthly foreign workers’ wages, overtime sheet claim &
    payroll related reports
  • Managing workers dormitory matters and companies vehicles and related matters
  • Assisting with employee relations
  • Maintenance of all staff records (employee data files/Personnel files, leave and medical claim records, monthly expense claims of employees and office staff schedule) are updated in the HR system database
  • Administration duties covering document control &
    filing systems, stationery inventory control, office equipment maintenance. Also assist in getting quotes for business whenever necessary
  • Enrolment and registration of all mandatory training courses.
  • Update training records for all workers and site staff
  • Assist in the recruiting activities including working with hiring managers on the job description, coordinating interviews, screening, verifying qualifications and reference checks for short-listed applicants
  • Liaising with recruiting agencies and job portals to advertise for open job positions
  • Assist with all new hire orientations and job induction
  • Coordinate staff meeting and minutes taking
  • Preparation of appointment letters for new staff, track &
    process confirmation letters
  • Assist in organizing recreational activities, company events and other employee welfare programs
  • Follow-up with necessary procedures for resigned staff e.G. clearance, exit interview


Requirement:


  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration/HRM
  • Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Willing to work on Saturday for urgent matters
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
