Scope:
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment and resignations
- Assist in local government grant submission.
- Assist in work related Visas submission and follow-up.
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant local legislation.
- Manage the new joiner process from offer letter through to joining instructions and documentations.
- Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and
procedures in a timely and effective manner.
- Handle all work pass (EP, DP and WP) related applications, renewal and cancellations.
- Handle and administer compensation and benefits records.
- Contribute to HR projects such as introducing a new induction programme.
- Manage and administer student internship program.
- Manage the leave administration process.
- Handle and manage employees' medical insurance and claims.
- Assist incourse registration;
maintain training records and database.
- Ad hoc duties assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree or Diploma with at least 3- 5 years of relevant HR experiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good administrative, coordinating and follow-up skills
- Able to work accurately, with attention to detail
- Knowledge Of WP/EP/WPEA Online is preferred.
