- Familiar with Singapore employment law


- Payroll


- Employee management


- Handles claims e.G. reservists' make up pay, childcare leave etc


- KPI drafts


- Implement HR strategy plan


- Approve leaves and expenses claims


- Create job ads and post on job portals


- Handle recruitment and hiring processes


- Draft offer letters/ employment contracts


- Manage onboarding &
offboarding processes


- Arranged essentials for new employees, including email configuration and printing of name cards


- Assist in financial operations including the processing of billing invoices


- Schedule meetings


- Assist in preparation of business agreements


- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned




Job Requirements and Qualifications:


- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field


- At least 2 years of related work experience


- Strong understanding of the Employment Act and current HR practices and regulations


- Able to handle full spectrum of HR functions


- Proficiency in administrative tasks


- Strong verbal and written communication skills


- Tech-savvy and proficient in software such as Microsoft Office and Slack


- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills


- Pleasant personality with a good command of spoken and written English


- This is a 80% work-from-home arrangement, it is necessary to have a good working laptop/desktop coupled with a webcam and microphone as well as a fast home internet connectivity
