job description

  • Provide administrative support which will include the smooth running of the day-to-day operations for the office, facilities management, equipment, assets and meeting rooms management
  • Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mails and courier arrangements
  • Manage office equipment and their contracts, leases, service agreements and ensure proper documentation and records.
  • Maintain updates and records of certificates, insurance, licences and permit documentation, including data management and filing
  • Manage end-to-end process of overseas business trips, including complete visa documents, letters, travel insurance, accommodation and any other travel related matters in a timely manner
  • Assist in organising company events
  • Support on HR matters


Work Schedule:

This job has the following work schedule:
30 to 40 hours / week
5 days / week
Monday - Friday
