We are expanding and inviting qualified candidates to apply for HR &
Admin Executive with our company.




Duties and responsibilities:


  • Processing of payroll
  • Managing all payroll-related activities, including updating the time management system, leave administration and statutory reporting.
  • Monitor compensation and benefits processes such as salary revisions and bonus payments.
  • Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of employment passes.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, including organizing employee training sessions and updating the training matrix.
  • Communicate with dormitory operators and company’s dormitory in charge to address on worker needs, including arrivals and departures.
  • Manage government-related tasks, including IR21, tax clearance, government, and training grants.
  • Execute additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.


Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • Experience in processing full cycle of payroll and reporting payroll tax.
  • Well versed in Employment Act and Income Tax regulations.
  • Familiar with using HR system, MS Excel and Word.
  • Good command of English.
