You will be providing support to the HR and Admin department.




Responsibility


  • Answer employee queries regarding leave, salary and overtime
  • Coordinate document submission with site personnel
  • Assist in payroll calculation
  • Assist in recruitment
  • Assist in all foreign worker matters
  • Assist in sourcing and booking courses for staff
  • Provide advice to The Management regarding employment legislation and HR practices
  • Any other ad-hoc work


Requirement


  • Knowledge and understanding of MOM employment law
  • Higher Nitec with 2 years work experience, ideally in a construction related field
  • Knowledge of Info-Tech software
  • Tech savy
  • Able to communicate with foreign workers of all levels
  • Able to handle stress and work under pressure
  • Willing and able to learn
