Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm

up to $3300

Job Responsibilities:
- Personal assistant to Managing Director for travel arrangement, expenses &
claims and any ad-hoc request
- Arrange expat welfare and benefit (housing, credit card, mobile phone, car, child school matter, medical, travel, expenses &
claims etc)
-Oversee overall office administration including maintenance and upkeep ensuring timely process with accurate information, relevant supporting document and follow up
-Monthly pantry/stationery replenishment, quarterly business card requisition etc)
-Oversee and liaise with corporate travel agent, monitor air ticket booking &
issuance and visa application for business trip
-Timely processing of all vendor invoices and staff claims;
check and update payment status when requested
-Work together with IT to fulfill company security policies and practices)
-Fire drill &
evacuation exercise (act as fire warden) &
all other work place safety maters
Job requirements:
-Min least Diploma in any fields of studies
- Min 2-3 years experience in office administration, general affair or HR admin
- Proficient in MS Office
