Our client is a Singapore based Scientific and Medical devices provider with presence in Southeast Asia region. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a HR Manager to join their HR Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the South area – easily accessible.




Duties of HR Manager:


  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including planning, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Draft and manage employment contracts and HR documentation, such as confirmation letters, transfer notices, and resignation acceptances.
  • Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes.
  • Support performance appraisals, salary reviews, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Submit claims and training grants to government bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA, and other regulations.
  • Administer and evaluate training plans, maintaining records and assessments.
  • Create and maintain P-files, policies, employee handbooks, and other HR documents.
  • Lead HR communications, including policy updates, training materials, and employee notices.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, submit CPF contributions, and handle yearly IR8A returns and tax clearances.
  • Manage insurance enrollments and renewals.
  • Continuously review and enhance HR policies, programs, and practices to support business goals.


Requirements:


  • Degree in related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant erxperience
