Job Requirement




1. Diploma/Degree in business, management or human resource discipline


2. Business level of Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking counterparts including HQ in Japan


3. A minimum of 2-3 years of any HR related experience including payroll.


4. Good knowledge of employment related laws and MOM regulations


5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English


6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills




Job Description



1. This position will report to the Expat Director/HR Manager on HR and other admin matters.


2. Oversee all aspects of HR, including employee recruitment, work pass application, payroll, compensation, and employee benefits.


3. Manage the HR system to ensure it is aligned with business plans and operating properly.


4. Manage and allocate employee schedules for qualification renewal, training, health checkups, etc.


5. Perform daily HR duties following rules and regulations in a timely and accurate manner.


6. Engage external consulting and recruiting agencies as needed for HR-related functions.


7. Support the work of Japanese expats (Arranging business trips, assigning requests from the Japanese HQ to the appropriate person, etc.). This will require Japanese language proficiency.
