Human Resource Executive (Junior/Senior) X 5 ( Contract / Full-Time / Public Healthcare )

Position 1 - HR Executive ( 3 months minimum,renewable, $2200-$3000, West)

• 
  
• Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement
  
• Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff in myHR
  
• Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires &
  offboarding data for Resignees via myHR
  
• Diploma, 0-3 years epxerience in HR function
  
• Able to handle data efficiently and maintain its privacy
  

Positions 2 - HR Senior Executive ( 6 months, $3400 - $4000, West )

• 
  
• Coordinate with institutions’ HR representatives to deliver project plans and manage the consolidation and submission of relevant reports;
  
  
• Execute pipeline programmes including recruitment/ campus fairs with relevant stakeholders
  
• Manage monthly internal job posting mailers;
  and partner with Corp Comms department to publish social media content online on monthly basis;
  
  
• Manage recruitment agencies’ proposals evaluation exercise;
  
  
• Partner with vendor to address and troubleshoot the system process issues raised by institutions, mainly for the Applicant Tracking System
  
• Minimum Degree in Human Resource or Business Admin
  
• Possess minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in HR function
  

Position 3 - HR Admin ( 6 -12 months, Government )

• 
  
• Provide general admin support to the HR department
  
• Execute and coordinate the events
  
• Training provided
  
• Office Hours, 5 days work week
