A healthcare organisation is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Contract Human Resource Executive (6 Months).

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit Regular and Contract full-time employees
  
• Place job advertisements or adopt other suitable recruitment strategies to source for the right candidates
  
• Keep track and update weekly recruitment status
  
• Report monthly variance report to Finance
  
• Process agencies’ service agreements and invoices for approval
  
• Manage and coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  
• Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
  
• Manage contract renewals
  
• Liaise and follow up with government agencies for periodic government grant claim submissions.
  
• Assist in HR project:
  Documentation of Payroll Process
  
• Other duties as assigned by the manager
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in any relevant discipline
  
• Proficient in MS Office
  
• Training is provided!
