Description:


  • Manage full spectrum of HR and administrations functions including Recruitment, Compensations and Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll Processing, implementation of policies, staffs discipline/disputes and other HR related functions.
  • Work closely with the hiring managers for the recruitment needs.
  • Able to provide HR Advisory on HR Operations and processes.
  • Full knowlege in work passes applications, renewal, and cancellations through WPOL and EPOL and MyMOM Portal.
  • Assist in managing employee welfare matters.
  • Assist to execute overall HR projects, HR policies and processes.
  • Perform any other adhoc HR related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resource
  • Think out of the box and constantly recommend innovative solutions.
  • Accurate, neat and meticulous in work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
  • An innovative team player, self-motivated, pro-active, mature and results oriented with the determination to succeed.
  • Hands-on, flexible and able to multi-task in a lean structure.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
