What You'll Do:

• Plan &
  Develop:
  Create detailed construction plans for HVAC projects.
  
• On-Site Guidance:
  Provide hands-on support and supervision during construction.
  
• Technical Support:
  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  
• Manage Contracts:
  Handle tendering, contracting, and team selection.
  
• Supervise &
  Review:
  Oversee HVAC plan implementation and review engineering drawings.
  
• Coordinate Communication:
  Act as the key liaison between construction and supervisory units.
  

Who You Are:

• Educated:
  Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Experienced:
  Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC experience.
  
• Problem Solver:
  Skilled in troubleshooting HVAC systems and equipment.
  
• Flexible:
  Willing to work shifts and travel to India occasionally.
  
• Bilingual:
  Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
