Hvac & Power Engineer - Maincon

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager by coordinating with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project objectives are met.
  
• Monitor project scope, identify potential risks, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  
• Negotiate and prepare contract modifications and manage documentation related to project variations with involved parties.
  
• Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to review progress and address issues.
  
• Maintain standards for project monitoring, including design, construction timelines, cost control, and information systems.
  
• Provide bi-weekly or monthly reports detailing project status, financial health, and other critical metrics for management review.
  
• Implement comprehensive transition plans for project handover.
  
• Collaborate with the Facilities Management Team to ensure smooth handover of completed projects.
  
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  
• With at least 2-4 years of similar work experience.
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
