JOB DESCRIPTION

· Air / Sea Permit &
GST declaration

· Submission to Cargo Control Number (CCN)

· Booking &
Preparation of AWB

· Handling Air / Sea documentation

· Preparation on Job Sheet &
Billing

· Other adhoc duties as required

WORKING HOURS

Standard Working Hours:
Monday -Friday :
9.00 to 5.30pm

Saturday :
9.00 to 1.30pm

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education:
Open

2. Experience:
Previous experience in a shipping coordination role preferred.

3. Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks simultaneously.

4. Computer Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

5. Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments to achieve common goals.

6. Adaptability:
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
