Job Summary:




We're looking for an experienced Transformation and Program manager to anchor as unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories, and techniques within APJ. He/she will contribute to driving program from ideas, design to project implementation. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives.




This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the digital landscape, leveraging the latest tools and trends to drive impactful productive processes changes.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Extensive experience in managing large change initiatives. Preferably in IT domain. Focus on CRM MS dynamic and ERP credit domain would be of added advantage.
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
  • Led multifunction team, interacted with various business functions (Sales/CBM/P&
    S/Services) and vendors or internal IT to align the outcomes and goals of the program.
  • Experience on translating business requirements into tasks for the program
  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives in AP.
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
  • Identify key Change request requirements for cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the organization.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
  • Worked with WW Global Sales Operation head and COE team to provide regular updates and risks of the program and on transformation status.
  • Process Engineering and Project Mgmt within the Sales Ops Transformation Program to increase sales, customer and Partner experience and satisfaction.
  • Communicates strategic process decisions and plans, program status, and issues and workarounds to achieve alignment with the top level of the business, function, or region.
  • Within operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of significant complexity, and understand business/customer impact. Ensure alignment and effective execution of MoC and tool deployment. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather insights, content assets, and feedback for campaign optimization.
  • Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.




Qualifications:


  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience;
    advanced university degree preferred.
  • Have 10+ years of related experience in IT/business operations with 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Demonstrable relevant industry knowledge and applied IT experience in the field of Sales Operations and Services.
  • Project management certifications like PMP, PRINCE2 or AGILE/Scrum is a plus.
  • Excellent customer-oriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal) and administrative skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and people matrix management skills.
  • Strong Business acumen coupled with the capability of analysing financial statements and strong P&
    L management.
  • Strong oral presentation and power point skills.
  • Possesses strong strategic, critical and problem-solving thinking.
  • Requires BS/BA degree in technical related, management and/or financial discipline.
  • Advanced knowledge and subject matter expertise for operational processes from Lead to Order, Order to Cash and customer/partner/Sales requirements.
  • Advanced understanding of core businesses Sales and revenue cycle.
  • Delivered at least a large multi-year transformation program.
