Information Technology - Vmware Workspace One Administrator

Job Description

• VMware Workspace ONE Administration.
• Airwatch Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM).
• Provide level 2 support for reported issues.Be the technical subject matter expert.
• Participate in discussions with various business units to meet their business requirements.
• Manage, administer and operate the EMM platform.
• Create, manage and roll out device policy in consultation with client Maintain and document the list of devices in the system.
• Manage mobile devices, enroll or unenroll devices from the system.
• Disable or wipe device with approval from client.
• Support upgrade of Horizon Infrastructure.
• Support project teams for mobile app testing (UAT), communication (change management) &
  deployment (rollout).
• Manage device refresh, mobile app rollout and device OS upgrades.
• Work with principal vendor and operational teams to support any high priority incident and enhancement.
• Note:
  You could be posted to any subsidiary in SIA Group.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or equivalent, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience working in large IT environment.
• At least 3 years of VMware Workspace One experience is a must.
• Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work in virtual teams with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to lead teams and work with various stakeholders to deliver positive results.
• Applicants must be VMware certified or hold equivalent and/or relevant certification program.
