Inside Sales Coordinator/Officer (Steel/Alloy-SAP) - Location :
Near Somerset MRT - Working hours :
5 days work week, Monday - Friday :
9am to 6pm - Salary (commensurate with experience) :
Up to $4200 + AWS + 14 days Annual Leave - Duration :

Manufacturer of stainless steels and alloys
Main Responsibilities:
- Process inquiries and enter customer orders
- Develop positive and productive relationship with assigned accounts and serve as point person/expert on specific customers’ needs
- Provide customer service for accounts and interact with customers via email, fax and telephone
- Monitor and assist in maintenance of general and custom and market inventory and make appropriate recommendations to Manager and Outside Sales person.
- Maintain effective working relationship with Outside Sales person and all other cross-functional personnel
- Adhere to all company policy, procedures and work rules
- Perform special assignments as required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Engineering is preferred.
- SAP or ERP experience will be a added advantage
- Experience/knowledge in dealing with Industrial/Engineered Products will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2years relevant work experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
