Institutional Budgeting Senior/Manager, Finance Hys

• Lead the team in annual budgeting process, including financial review and analysis.
  
• Responsible for concise, accurate and timely management reports for regular performance reviews with senior management.
  
• Spearheading new projects/ initiatives and perform feasibility analysis.
  
• Responsible for ensuring delivery of accurate, timely and insightful reports to various stakeholders such as MOH, MOHH, various statutory boards, as well as present findings and recommendations on actions to improve performance for all Business Units.
  
• Any other special projects and ad-hoc duties.
  

Requirements

• Degree Ideally in Accounting/ Finance.
  
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
  
• Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage.
