Instructor / Senior Instructor

We are looking for a passionate and driven Teacher to join our team. The candidate will be someone who is motivated, independent and demonstrates leadership qualities. There will be opportunities for the candidate to develop and learn to lead and manage a tuition center.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct English and Math lessons and facilitate positive learning environment for students.
• Manage classroom dynamics to ensure students stay focused and eager to learn.
• Manage and monitor students’ portfolio for engagement with parents.
• Familiar with local and international school curriculum.
• Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operation of the center.
• Prepare regular updates and reports.
• Any teaching related work as prescribed by Management.

Job Requirements

• Passionate about teaching and interacting with children.
• Patient and enjoys working with young children and fresh learners.
• Familiar with local and international school curriculum.
• Possess good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Able to speak and understand Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage.
• Able to commit to one weekend .
• Willing to work in North-East region.

Work Schedule:

30 to 40 hours / week
