What’s the role?


We’re looking for a strategic and creative thinker with exceptional campaign creation and execution skills to join HubSpot’s APAC Marketing team as our Integrated Awareness Campaigns Manager. We’re at an exciting time in our growth and you’ll have the critical role of helping build awareness of HubSpot as a customer platform in Asia through our campaign work.




You’ll create and execute on integrated campaigns that reach business audiences in Asia (with a core focus on Singapore), raising awareness of HubSpot as the customer platform that powers business growth for SMBs. This will include developing local campaigns to activate on our global themes and product launches in Asia, partnering with our public relations agency to develop and tell high-impact business stories, leading the growth of our podcast and exploring new content channels like YouTube.


We’re a highly collaborative team with a reputation for creativity, innovation and kicking goals. You'll work closely with our Head of Brand &
Awareness for APAC, ourAPAC marketing team, PR agency, and global product communications teams.




In this role you’ll:


  • Work closely with the Head of APAC Brand &
    Awareness to develop and execute on a 2024 integrated campaigns plan that drives our brand and product awareness forward in Singapore. These campaigns will pull on a mix of owned, earned and paid media - demonstrated experience working across a range of channels and mediums is required.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and execute campaigns and initiatives to bring HubSpot’s global themes and product launches to market in Asia.
  • Create native content - as part of your integrated campaigns - for our Asia revenue marketing team to leverage in their prospecting campaigns.
  • Develop a range of written, audio and video assets to support your campaign execution - including reports, landing page copy, ad copy, bylines, briefing books,
  • Partner with our PR agency to develop campaigns and earn media coverage. This includes developing briefing materials and supporting spokesperson preparation.
  • Manage our monthly awareness reporting across our PR activity, integrated campaigns, podcast and other mediums.
  • Lead the content development of season two of our local podcast, Asia Growth Forecast, and drive audience growth for the show.


This role is for you if:


  • You have around 3 years’ experience in brand marketing, integrated PR or marketing communications - in house or agency side. We’re looking for someone who’s a creative thinker, knows how to build campaigns from idea to execution to grow awareness and reach new audiences. Experience working in B2B or technology is preferred.
  • Proven experience developing your own integrated campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels to support business goals. We measure the impact of our awareness work closely and are looking for demonstrated experience in tying creative ideas back to business objectives and KPIs.
  • Are interested in the Singaporean business landscape - in this role you will be developing campaigns, stories and assets around how businesses grow, their opportunities, challenges and the role of technology. A passion for technology and business is a must.
  • Are a team player. The APAC team is highly innovative and collaborative - you’ll contribute with your ideas and collaborate on regional projects, but are equally comfortable working autonomously on your own scope of work.
  • Pride yourself on your outstanding written and verbal communications skills - you’ve got strong attention to detail and can write and edit for a range of mediums - from bylines and press releases, to video scripts and influencer briefs.
  • Have exceptional organisational and project management skills - we move quickly, often work asynchronously and work across multiple projects. Strong organisational skills and experience using tools like Asana and Slack will serve you very well.
