Interior Design Drafter

• Well Established Company
  
• Basic $3000 - $4000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  
• Working location:
  Commonwealth
  
• Working hours:
  8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
  
• No sales required, mainly drawing and Project Management.
  
• Training Provided for those with lesser experience.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Discuss with clients regarding project scope
  
• Provide Spatial Layout Planning &
  Design Conceptualization to details implementation
  
• Assist in the submission of technical documentation, working with 2D and 3D software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-ray, 3D rendering, Sketchup etc.)
  
• Liaising and meeting with client, consultant, contractor &
  supplier on various stage of interior works
  
• Brief and explain to contractor on proposed design intention and finish
  
• Project Management from Execution to Completion may require.
  
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design or a design related discipline
  
• Proficiency in interior design software such as AutoCAD, sketch up, 3D rendering and Photoshop
  
• Candidates with relevant background/experience would be an advantage.
