• Possess a good Bachelor’s degree (1st Class or 2nd Upper honours)
  
• 2 to 4 years of working experience preferably gained in a top tier investment bank, private equity firm or management consulting
  
• Has excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
  

Our client is a leading private equity firm that focuses on control buyouts of high growth middle market businesses in Southeast Asia. It is expanding and looking to hire an investment Associate/ to join its growing team.

As an Investment Senior Associate, your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to working on execution of investment transactions, conducting financial analyses, industry and company research, sourcing of investment opportunities, and portfolio monitoring.”

The coverage will be SEA focused with coverage of all industry sectors.

Requirements:

• Possess a strong academic background. You should have a good Bachelor’s degree (1st Class or 2nd Upper honours) from a reputable university, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering.
  
• 2 to 4 years of working experience preferably gained in a top tier investment bank, private equity firm or management consulting
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication (spoken and written) skills
  
• Able to deal with multiple stakeholders
  
• Has excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
  
• Self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  
• Added language proficiency covering Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is preferred due to the SEA coverage (but this is not a must)
