Job Role:

Customer Loyalty and Assistance

Build &
Maintain Relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support, information, and guidance.

Insurance Renewal Management

Facilitate and Manage Insurance Renewals for Assigned Customers, Ensuring Accurate Quoting.

New Customer Acquisition

Proactively Identify and Engage Prospective Customers to Grow Our Clientele.

Exceptional Customer Care

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service to Guarantee Customer Satisfaction.

Sales Growth

Implement Effective Up-Selling and Cross-Selling Strategies to Address Customer Needs and Meet Sales Goals.

Requirements:

Minimum O Level with credits in English and Mathematics.

Demonstrated proactivity and service-oriented mindset.

Bilingual proficiency in English and an additional language.

Strong sales-driven attitude with a positive and results-oriented approach.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Quick learner and strategic thinker.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

BCP, PGI, ComGI, and HI certifications are advantageous if already acquired.
