It Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Linux and Windows laptops for company employees.
  
• Set up and manage Active Directory &
  VPN for hybrid environments.
  
• Implement and manage mobile device management (MDM) solutions for remote employees.
  
• Design and maintain the office network for 100+ users.
  
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect all IT infrastructure.
  
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems support company goals.
  
• Procure laptops and other IT equipment, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisitions.
  
• Manage ISO 27001 compliance, including implementing and maintaining an Information Security Management System (ISMS), conducting risk assessments, managing risk treatment plans, and overseeing internal and external audit processes.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  
• 3-5 years of experience in IT systems administration, with a strong focus on security.
  
• Proficient in managing both Linux and Windows operating systems.
  
• Experience with setting up and managing Active Directory like Azure AD in hybrid environments.
  
• Experience with setting up and managing VPNs integrated with AD like Cisco Anyconnect
  
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
  
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.
  
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Knowledge and experience in running an ISO 27001 compliant IT environment.
