Job Responsibilities

• To perform daily IT operational activity on system &
  user administration
  
• Active Directory for account creations and user management
  
• Setting up user accounts, permissions, remote access and passwords
  
• Providing end-user support on a Microsoft Windows network, computer networking, printers troubleshooting
  
• To set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
  
• Check computer hardware to ensure functionality
  
• Making periodic checks to detect and remove unauthorised software
  
• To resolve problems and to collect the technical data and to perform first level problem analysis of Server and PC malfunctions
  
• To ensure that adequate backup of all data files and programs done by users in the Company Servers, to facilitate prompt recovery from data loss and to maintain and monitor procedures for the management of such backup media
  
• Maintain the inventory of all the PC hardware, software items, and supplies in the Company
  
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• Diploma in IT, good to have Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  
• Proficiency in Networking, L1 &
  L2 IT Support, Active Directory, Windows Server, Computer Networking, Hardware Troubleshooting, PC Migration, SQL Database, Microsoft 365, SCCM Management Console. VMware XCSI
  
• Excellent desktop, basic server and LAN troubleshooting skills to resolve the day to day technical and operation issues
