Job Title:
IT Procurement Executive

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location:
Central (Near Boon Keng Station)

Pay:
$3000 - $3700

Duration:
1- year Contract

Working Hours:
Normal Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Provide friendly, timely, and effective service desk-related support.
  
• Periodically performing reviews and updates on service desk baselines, procedures, and processes and recommending their improvement when necessary
  
• Maintaining accurate Software/Hardware Inventory and ensuring timely service reporting
  
• Maintaining a good level of awareness of Service Desks security and compliance-related implementation within the corporate network
  
• Assist Team Lead to ensure access and availability of IT support services to the satisfaction of end user
  
• Ensuring proper interpretation, communication, and understanding of end user. Gather and disseminate service and performance feedback
  
• Undertake general IT administration duties, example reset of users VPN token
  
• Ad hoc after office hour support urgent IT Admin duty (example:
  reset of urgent users VPN token, scheduled/ad hoc broadcast)
  
• Ad hoc after office hour support for business-critical issues
  
• Assist with IT procurement (example:
  the sourcing, purchasing, and managing of IT goods and services required by the company)
  

Requirements:

2. Minimum 1-year experience in IT procurement, IT Support background is preferable.
