It Purchaser Cum Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for purchasing physical/virtual software products from the Company’s various vendors
• Execute full set of purchasing process (sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, shipping and follow-up on deliveries)
• Responsible for handling the day to day purchasing activities of the Company
• Responsible for obtaining information/data regarding issues which may affect the purchasing lead times
• In charge of maintaining the Company’s inventory integrity and assist in stock takes when required
• In charge of tracking/monitoring the Company’s orders, ensuring that the goods/products are received timely
• In charge of resolving purchasing issues examples late shipments, product quality, etc.
• Responsible for documentation on purchasing activities (vendor code set-up, purchasing database maintenance, matching and submission of PO/PI/SO/Invoice to Accounts)
• Update weekly/monthly reports timely
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of studies
• Minimum 1 year of relevant purchasing experience
• Good team player and able to complete tasks assigned in shortest timeline
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to details and highly responsible
• Proficient in Excel and good with basic formulas &
  VLookUp
• NAVision knowledge preferred
• Ableto start immediately or within short notice preferred
• Required language:
  English and Mandarin (coordinate with English and Chinese speaking suppliers).
