Itaas Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ITaaS Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an ITaaS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing IT services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and develop tailored ITaaS solutions.
  
• Design, implement, and maintain ITaaS solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  
• Manage and troubleshoot cloud-based infrastructure, including virtualization, storage, and networking components.
  
• Provide technical support for clients, addressing and resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently.
  
• Monitor and optimize ITaaS systems to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate IT solutions seamlessly.
  

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 1 Year Experience as an IT Engineer or in similar role
  
• Solid understanding of virtualization, networking, and storage technologies.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
