Responsibilities:

• Leverage IT expertise to design and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and productivity
  
• Analyze and evaluate existing systems to identify opportunities for digital transformation
  
• Drive work style innovation initiatives, promoting efficiency and collaboration
  
• Utilize data analysis skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive strategic business decisions
  
• Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects
  
• Ensure all digital projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards
  
• Support Financial documentation creation on investment and M&
  A activities
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT Analyst or a related field
  
• Proficiency in Japanese language to communicate effectively with the head offices in Japan
  
• Strong knowledge in Digital Transformation and Work Style Innovation
  
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis tools and methodologies
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
