Responsibilities:


  • Assist in resolving incidents and issues in the production environment, ensuring application availability and stability through monitoring and reporting.
  • Perform regular application monitoring and health checks.
  • Provide support for production applications at a junior level.
  • Assist in managing production batches using tools such as Control-M.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations as needed.
  • Develop a basic understanding of the applications in use.
  • Assist in impact analysis and troubleshooting, coordinating with other teams as necessary.
  • Support the management of end-user expectations and communication with stakeholders.
  • Show strong self-motivation and the ability to work under guidance.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively.


Requirements:


  • ITE/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic proficiency in MS-SQL with an understanding of RDBMS.
  • Familiarity with the banking domain (Payments, Corporate, Consumer) and related products is a plus.
  • Exposure to Windows, Unix, or Linux environments for handling activities and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IIS web server and WebLogic is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (Morning/Afternoon/Night shifts).
  • Allowance for night shift.
  • Training will be provided.
