Junior Executive | Purchasing/Planning (Mechanical Systems/Automotive)

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
  
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather purchasing requirements and create purchase orders.
  
• Monitor shipment dates and manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  
• Utilize procurement software to process purchase requisitions, track inventory levels, and generate reports.
  
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  
• Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations.
  
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  
• At least 1-year relevant experience in supply chain industry.
  
• Prior knowledge utilizing SAP software will be an advantage.
