Junior Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance our brand presence. You will oversee a team of marketers and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  
• Help create content for marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media posts, and newsletters.
  
• Coordinate and attend marketing events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and webinars.
  
• Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and brand ambassadors.
  
• Support the digital marketing strategy by managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
  
• Assist in email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and analytics.
  
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.G., sales, product development) to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure alignment.
  
• Assist in maintaining marketing databases, CRM systems, and customer segmentation.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in marketing and influencer marketing.
  
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics for events.
  
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, Capcut, Canva)
  
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Knowledge of current design trends, industry developments, and best practices.
